They are growing their marijuana manufacturing and cultivation facility in the Town of Hamptonburgh by 54,000 SF to accommodate increased demand.

Poly Craft Industries, a printing/manufacturing company is expanding their operations and building a new 80,000 SF plant in the City of Middletown. Poly Craft Industries manufacturers product packaging including laminated roll stock, pouches, wicket bags, tape bags and zip lock bags. Some of their notable customers include: Jelly Belly, Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, Marcal Paper Products and Disney.

Cardinal Health, a Top-15 Fortune 500 Company, is a distributor of pharmaceuticals, a global manufacturer and distributor of medical and laboratory products and a provider of performance and data solutions for healthcare facilities. They recently expanded their current operations in the Town of Montgomery by 313,000 SF adding 60 new jobs to the area.

Aspire Brewing, currently renovating a 30,000 SF space in the Town of Wallkill is slated to open in the Spring of 2023. Aspire Brewing will operate as a 20 bbl micro-brewery with a 5 bbl pilot system. This setup will provide the equipment and range needed to create many different styles of craft beer. Part of the beer hall’s appeal will be a PourMyBeer wall where patrons can self-pour and sample up to 40 different craft beverages including beer, hard seltzers, wine, ciders and mead. Aspire Brewing will be the Hudson Valley’s newest social gathering hub for craft beer lovers alike.

President Container, the manufacturing arm of PCG, is one of the largest manufacturers of corrugated boxes in North America. Their state-of-the-art facility produces in excess of 2.4 billion square feet of corrugated products each year. President Container is going “Green” with the use of renewable solar energy. They recently expanded their current facility in the Town of Wallkill by 100,000 creating an additional 50 new jobs.

Green Thumb Industries Inc. They recently built a $75 million, 1 million+ square foot distribution warehouse in the Town of Montgomery creating over 800 full-time jobs. 

Amazon - The Last Mile team helps get customer packages from delivery stations to a customer’s doorstep. Amazon has grown its Last Mile delivery efforts helping to speed up customer delivery times and provide new innovations to customers. They leased a 227,000 SF facility in the Town of New Windsor creating 150 new jobs. 

Medline Industries, Inc., is a private American healthcare company based in Northfield, Illinois. It is the largest privately held manufacturer and distributor of medical supplies providing products, education, clinical programs and services across the continuum of care with offices in 20 countries. Medline outgrew their current 500,000 SF facility in the Town of Wawayanda and recently built a $120 million, 1.3 million square foot facility in the Town of Montgomery. They also added 250 jobs to their current employee base of 340.

FPS Apparel is a designer/manufacturer of company branded apparel based out of Chester, NY. Their nearly doubled in size and moved to a new 8,000 square foot facility. They were creative during the Coronavirus pandemic and launched a new division called FPS Wellness where they manufacture PPE gear. 

Based in Goshen, NY KingZak Industries has been supplying the retail market with quality products in the party, catering and industrial arenas. As a pioneer company supplying aluminum pans to the retail market, they have been able to further expand and establish themselves as leaders in supplying innovative, party and everyday disposable products to an ever growing use-and-toss generation. Due to the high demand of party supplies, they recently added 70,000 SF to their current facility and 25 new jobs.

Their state-of-the-art medical facility has grown over the years to include a multitude of medical specialties and a full spectrum of medical services all in one place. They recently purchased a 10,000 SF building in the Town of Wallkill for both administrative and medical uses.
